Please check goods received on delivery and notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues. If you are in any doubt about the condition of your items or packaging please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.

Replacements or credit notes will be issued as most appropriate. If we choose to collect damaged/faulty/incorrect items we will arrange for an agreed date at a mutually convenient time and would like to request items are packaged securely, preferably in their original packaging wherever possible.
We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items due to over orders or other reasons caused by the buyer.
