We will be closed Tues 31st May / Wed 1st June for Stock Take and Thurs 2nd / Fri 3rd June for Jubilee Bank Holiday.
We are unable to dispatch any orders on these dates.

Backlogs will be cleared as soon as possible from Monday 6th June.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Please check goods received on delivery and notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues. If you are in any doubt about the condition of your items or packaging please sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.

  2. Please notify us of any missing items as soon as possible after receipt of your invoice. Please email details to sales@lightingandinteriors.co.uk or by telephoning 01204 707277.

  3. Replacements or credit notes will be issued as most appropriate. If we choose to collect damaged/faulty/incorrect items we will arrange for an agreed date at a mutually convenient time and would like to request items are packaged securely, preferably in their original packaging wherever possible.

  4. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for returned items due to over orders or other reasons caused by the buyer.
